Hello,
my name is Marion Labey and I am the District President for Network in
the Channel Islands District. I am a life-long member of St.
Martin’s Methodist church in Jersey having grown up through Sunday
school, Girls Brigade, Young Wives and now Wednesday Group, a very
active inter-denominational group of women.
Network is
an umbrella for all groups and women in the Church. I believe we have
an important role to play in the Church and in society. Together we
must try to fulfil our Christian aims by encouraging activity
in the community, enabling through mutual support and care and equipping
women through sharing information and ideas. |

Our
main voice is the magazine Magnet which is produced four times per
year. It has a wide variety of articles with some beautiful
photographs and meditations for personal devotion and public worship.
