As we strive to become more Christ-like may we too,
Like the man at the Pool of Bethesda,
Realising that we are not taking the easy option,
Fix our eyes on Jesus and say -
Yes, Lord, I do want to be healed
Is God Calling You Prayer
You speak in many different ways, and sometimes I do not hear that well.
Keep calling; let your voice be clear; and help me to recognise that you speak through the ordinary things of life.
Give me the faith to say "Yes" to what I believe may be your call.
Let me be where you want me to be, doing what you want me to do, for Jesus' sake. Amen
