Georgetown Parent, Baby and Toddler group meets on a Monday and Wednesday morning
in the church hall. These groups give mum/dads/carers/grandparents the chance to
mix with other adults travelling through the same stage of life – there is much laughter
during these morning sessions. We meet from 9.30am -
The benefits for the children include; children socializing and mixing with children from the school catchment area, learning the skills of sharing toys, listening to stories, learning and singing songs, sitting at the table for a healthy snack. There are many social activities for adults and children.
We have art tables, play dough, sticking and cutting and learning through play. Snack time is at 10.30am and we encourage children to sit at the table for a healthy snack.
We hold an ‘End of Term’ Service, where we say goodbye and present a certificate
to each child who is taking the next step of life and leaving our group, either to
full time school or pre-

We are all travelling through the same stage of life, with some precious little people, at the same time. We hope you enjoy your time with us. Caring for little people is a most amazing experience and the salary is pure love!
‘Making connections’ We encourage everyone to meet up and make connections during the week. Parent and Toddler groups are an excellent way of meeting people in the same situation and experiencing the same stage of life.

The Georgetown Parent, Toddler and Baby group is a community project organised by Georgetown Methodist Church. We will continue to pray for each child and family who have been or who are part of this group.
The Georgetown Puppets will perform at this Service.
